Red-headed child

Sawyer is one of two of my red-headed genetic mutations! I still can't figure out how he got red hair... Don't even go there- I had a blood test done, trust me. Anyway, he was enjoying looking over my shoulder as I blogged, so rather than be distracted (which I was), I just sort of started a chat with him. It provided me with some relief from the blogs, actually. Still, I have to remember to thow in a mobile home here and there. Just like I always do, I start to get carried away talking about something else and forget to write mobile home. Well, not this time- I'm on a mission to be done with this immediately. Go buy a mobile home from Black Hawk Homes, man.

Son of a blogger

You son of a... blogger. That is you, Sawyer. Do you understand what blogging is now? Not yet? What is so difficult for you to understand about this, dude? You don't have to be in ANY of the blogs- we just have to use key words like mobile home. Uh- he left. Grandpa's got him now! My 11-year old son is with me at the office today. We're supposed to be working him to death for scratching my brand new truck with his bike. So far, he is unphased... Most of the time if I punish my kids by taking away the video games, it has the effect of taking heroin away from a junkie. Works great, but a lot of withdrawl symptoms! AAAhhhh, I'm dying without Spyro, dad..... UUUHHHH... Can't go on... PLEASE can I play? Just one little play? Ha Ha... Addictions come in many forms. I'm addicted to mobile homes. Lately, blogging about mobile homes. Hope this effort pays off, dang. Later.

Too funny

This is too funny, man. I always review the blogs before I write. You know, just to familiarize myself in case I am actually on a topic. But more than anything, I read and find myself complaining about all the blogging. Too funny! OK, I'll depart from complaining at all today! Thats right- I might have to quickly throw in a mobile home here or there. Like I just did and am about to do right now- mobile home head

See, I'm getting prolific at this! Now, I'm going to the next one that has to do with mobile homes, no doubt! Hasta

Blogtown

Geez... I'm going to start my own community known as 'Blogtown'. My brain is like mush right now. After posting about 8 of these things already, I'm dead. Trying to do it during the course of the regular business day is even worse. I need to go for a walk or something... Anyway, we must blog on- mobile homes are the focus of this one. I have absolutely nothing brilliant to say. I'm just trying to be done with it at this point. When all of this is said and done, I'm going to pat myself on the back and say, 'good job, bro'. No one can fully understand my pain! OK- mobile home blog is on its....... crud I don't know how many posts I've done so far. It seems like 12,000! My patience level is at an all time low. I have much more important things to be doing with my time. Ugh... Buy a mobile home from Black Hawk, so I can relax, ok? Thank you.

Ugly duckling

Remember the story of the ugly duckling? If not, where the hell have you been? I guess its possible some of the younger people out there don't know it- still. Mobile homes are like the ugly duckling, aren't they? Think about it. Treated badly, looked down upon, disrespected, not allowed to fit in--- on and on. You can draw a parallel, come on! Everyone knows mobile homes don't cut the mustard, right!? Ha! In the end, the ugly duckling proves to not be so bad, huh?! He has an inner beauty that springs to life! Mobile homes may look ugly on the outside too, but inside, its like paradise on Earth! I bet you had no idea...

Not sure any more

Yeah, I mentioned in several blogs that I didn't think anyone would ever read them, except for me. However, one popped up on Google, so I guess I should use a little restraint. This has been a real loose forum for me, so I have felt compelled to say anything that comes to mind. You know, besides all these mobile home blogs, I think I'm going to start a real blog of my own. I've been wanting to say so many things about personal issues, local issues, domestic issues, global issues, universal issues, mas aya... I can't speak intelligently about everything- I'm no genius. But I really think I have some relevant points, man. I certainly can talk about a hell of a lot more than mobile homes. Its one thing to have something to say, but quite another to reach the ears of a lot of people. The internet is great for that- just gotta know how to do it. I'm learning about how to get that done at this very moment. As a matter of fact, I'm doing it right now- hoping to have search engines crawl this blog and pick up on my key words and the links on the page. That is why I have to break off and type- mobile home - at any given moment. We'll see how it goes. Seems like its going to take a while to make it happen... mobile home. bye

Smile!

Every time I bring up this blog I have to smile! I love the 2 pictures of those trailers... uh, I mean mobile homes. Seems like this blog has been suffering from my lack of time. Doesn't matter a bit- no one will ever read this stuff, more than likely. Anyway, we know the drill- gotta type in words like Arizona mobile homes. Use them no more than 3 times, according to Ted. So far, I've done it twice already. This is good because its getting late in the morning for this- I've got real business to attend to. Sorry. Black Hawk Homes is the #1 retailer for mobile, manufactured, and modular homes in Arizona. Next.

Time out!

I can tell the blogging is taking its toll. Yesterday's installment was pathetic. I'm sorry to say, but today will be no better. I've already exceded my alotted time for blogging, so here goes a blast of key words to get this over with and on to the last one. Black Hawk Homes sells mobile homes in Arizona. If you want to buy a mobile home from a reputable mobile home dealer in Arizona, you've come to the right place. Don't even think of going down the road to some other guy. They will rob you blind. We have more mobile homes than anyone in the state. Not only that, Black Hawk Homes won't steal money from you. So there! Late...

Holy cow!

Wow- that was a great installment on Saturday! I didn't know I could be so positive, especially considering some of the days I've been having lately. Geez. I have to say, I have been enjoying blogging away here. It gets a bit tedious, though. I don't always know what to say either. Like right now- I'm rambling about nothing. I need more coffee! This is one of those times where I'll concede to laziness. You know, the point is to get in some key words. For this blog, my key word is mobile home. Another one would be mobile homes in Arizona. I might even go so far as to use the phrase Arizona mobile homes for sale! Then I'll plug the company name- Black Hawk Homes. Follow that up with the name, address, and phone #: Black Hawk Homes, 2020 W. Deer Valley Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 85027. 623-434-5885. Man, this is scary. blogilicious... late

No more cryin'

The weekend has instilled optimism in my soul! So what if the housing market is in the gutter? Who cares if Origen and Greentree are history? What does it matter that no one wants to BUY when its obviously a GOOD TIME to do so? Big deal... I'm not letting any of this affect me any more- so there! I am a ray of light in the darkness, people!!! Don't you just love me? Don't answer that. Look, I know the economy sucks too, but it really is a good time to get out and purchase a home. Interest rates continue to be lowered by the Fed, values are going down... Come on- you can do it! The best kind of home for you is a mobile home! Yes, I bet you didn't really think so, but it is! Don't try to fight it. A mobile home in Arizona is just what the doctor ordered! Where can you go in this world and buy a HOUSE for so cheap? Nowhere. Seriously, I am sure about this one fact. There will always be a good market for used mobile homes in parks. Why? Because affordable housing is ALWAYS in demand. We can't all be Warren Buffet now can we? With our economy in recession, this truth becomes more evident. Inflation puts a cramp in our style, cuz the dollar doesn't buy what it used to. The price of gas alone sends a horrible ripple affect across just about every aspect of our lives. The higher the gas prices, the harder hit the consumer- right in the wallet! For EVERYTHING you buy! But don't get mad or sad or whatever... Fight back by buying a home for less! Consider a little mobile home. Better yet, think about a BIG, NEW double or triple wide manufactured home from Black Hawk Homes! Without a doubt, it'll be way cheaper than a stick built. Think about it. Peace out.

More bad news for chattel mortgages

The situation keeps getting worse and worse in the finance industry, more so with our own beloved chattel mortgages. Chattel mortgages, for anyone who doesn't know, is a loan on a manufactured home itself- no land or anything- just the home. These types of loans apply mostly to manufactured homes located in parks. Today, I received a fax from Origen Financial, one of the biggest chattel lenders in the United States. As of yesterday, March 13, they are no longer accepting loan applications- basically- they're done- nada mas... This delivers another crushing blow to the manufactured home industry, especially those who depend on chattel mortgages to get buyers into their homes or communities. OUCH! Honestly, if affects us at Black Hawk Homes as well. Origen was one of our main lenders. Now, its over Johnny...

tough market

Just like regular homes, the market for selling used mobile homes, manufactured, or modular homes is tough too. Its definitely a buyer's market right now. Everyone is aware and trying to take serious advantage of sellers that are in dire straits. If you're trying to sell in the current conditions, more than likely you'll be forced to take an offer for much less than you envisioned. If you don't accept a low bid, you may not get another one for a while. Consider each one carefully! People are very conservative about how they spend money at this time. If you get an offer within reason and it doesn't totally kill you to take it- do it! Cut your losses, move on and enjoy the rest of your life. Luck and prosperity to all! Muchos gracias mi amigos!

the lady who thought it was fun to correct me

I was struggling early this morning for topics. As I sat in front of the monitor here thinking for a moment about mobile homes, I recalled the lady who recently couldn't resist the urge to correct me every time I called her home a 'mobile home'. Funniest thing, technically she was right, it wasn't a mobile because it was pre-HUD. She was taking my categorization of her home as an insult, when she should have taken it as a compliment! I didn't take the listing on this woman's home. We would NOT have gotten along at all. It only took me about 5 minutes after meeting her to decide that. There's a good lesson to all you realtors, agents, etc, whatever- if you find that you are going to have a serious personality conflict, don't take on the project! It will end badly and might damage your reputation. You never know. Hasta...

old & crusty

Ya know, when I think about all the old mobile homes I've sold over the years, I don't get upset that they're old and crusty. I don't get mad when people have the nerve to tell me, 'That trailer aint worth that much!' A few thousand bucks for a HOME is an amazing thing, people! Think about it- you can't even buy a decent car for $5,000. What kind of HOME would you expect to get with this kind of cash? Here in Arizona, particularly Mesa or Apache Jct, you can find a wealth of pretty decent old mobile homes for $5-10K. In my mind, thats totally amazing!

Welcome to the mobile home blog!

This just might be the fun one! Mobile home blog is another promotion for Black Hawk Homes of Arizona! The new web site has to be pushed, so here's part IV in a ten part series of blogs. Oh my...
